Queen Mathilde of Belgium, 49, stepped out on Thursday at Saint Michael and Saint Gudula Cathedral in Brussels with the remainder of her household. The Belgian Royal Family are celebrating Belgian National Day and are all sporting completely different monochrome colors.
Queen Mathilde wore a yellow/orange gown paired with the ‘Paris’ hat designed by Fabienne Delvigne.
This is a Belgian hat firm and can also be a Belgian Royal Warrant Holder.
The ‘Pairs’ hat has a caramel hue and is trimmed with matching pure fibre.
The inheritor to the Belgian throne, Princess Elisabeth, 20, stepped out in a stunning ankle-length purple gown.
Elisabeth wore a Victoria Beckham ‘Keyhole Detail V Neck Midi Occasion wear’ gown.
It retails for €990, or roughly £843.
The 20-year-old Princess gave a nod to her mom by carrying her clutch bag.
The bag is designed by A Bag With A Story and is named the Guinto Clutch.
Prince Gabriel, 18, wore a blue tie to match Eleonore’s gown, and Prince Emmanuel, 16, wore a purple tie to match Elisabeth’s gown.
Queen Mathilde, King Philippe and the inheritor to the throne Princess Elisabeth fashioned the colors of the Belgian flag with the color of their garments.
Philippe’s uniform was black, Elisabeth wore a purple Victoria Beckham robe and Mathilde wore a vivid yellow gown.
The Belgian flag is black, purple and yellow so this was a candy nod to their nation on their National Day.
