When Joey moved to town, he kept showing up at the Shell gas station where Airene worked—though it was always his friend making the purchases. It didn’t take long for Airene to realize he was really just there to see her! 😆 Fate worked its magic when her housemate, who was also Joey’s coworker, told her about a job opening at his company. Soon, they were crossing paths daily at work. The real turning point? One day, Airene wore a new lipstick, and Joey thought she was trying to get his attention! 😂
Fast forward to nearly eight years of love, adventures, and laughter, and Joey finally made his “official” proposal in Hawaii, September 2024. After years of jokingly proposing, this time, it was real! The moment was silly, romantic, and everything in between. Of course, Airene said yes! 💍
